Puppies

We currently have 4 dachshund puppies that are almost 3 weeks old. They are so cute and a lot of fun. Since this will (hopefully) be our last litter we wanted to make sure to take a ton of pictures. (Shocker, I know.) My favorite of the bunch is silver with black spots. She is GORGEOUS. Kylan had her sitting on his lap. He thought that was pretty cool.

Valentine's Silo

I LOVE shooting at new places with new people. Shooting somewhere completely random that you would never think of taking pictues is just one of my favorite things. For Valentines day we went to a Photo Conference. (What can I say? We love what we do!) On the way there we had to stop in an old parking lot to change our son's diaper and this amazing rusty old silo just happened to be behind these old buildings. GORGEOUS. I would love to do an entire shoot there.

Vegas Skies

One fantastic thing about living in Vegas is the skies. You don't get skies like this anywhere else. They are just breathtaking. This is a pic Matt took one day. We were working in the office and I was attempting to hold Kylan at the same time. Matt saw the sky and took a camera out, then asked me to bring the baby outside for a second and this was the result... right outside our front door! It is impressive what good settings and a great sky can do.

Kylan's Hair

For quite some time I have been hounded by friends and clients alike to start a blog. So, I guess the time has finally come. With our darling son Kylan finally here and family all over creation I am sure it will be a good thing. I guess we will see how it goes!

Kylan now 6 months old and has enough hair to "do" with gel and the like. It is a new found hobby of Matt's. The problem is that it has been cold outside so Matt does his hair and then I put a hoodie on him... Not very productive. But at least we got a few pictures before I "damaged the do."
